1. If you decide to rejoin us in the future (and we’d love to have you back), please note that the membership rates in effect at that time will apply, as rates are subject to change.
2. If you’re considering pausing your membership instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. However, if you’re certain about canceling, please fill out and submit the form on this page. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before the next billing cycle, otherwise, members will be charged a final month of membership. All payments are non-refundable.
3. Cancelling your membership before the end of any agreed commitment period may incur an early termination fee, as outlined in your membership agreement.
