WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MAR 2ND TO 8TH, 2026

Shout out to all who took on the CrossFit Open workout 26.1 last week. You guys crushed it!

💥Monday’s workout is an interval sprint fest! In today’s WOD you’ll complete 5 rounds of thrusters, weighted pull-ups and burpees in a work / rest fashion. Each interval will only last 15 seconds with 45 seconds of rest between.

💥Tuesday, look to complete a for time style workout involving biking for meters, kettlebell hang cleans and farmers carries. This workout is a longer, moderate-intensity challenge of both grip and endurance.

💥Wednesday we’ll see a heavy back squat day! In this session our goal is to complete 5 sets of 8 reps at a challenging load ideally above our 70% of 1 rep max. 

💥Thursday, you’ll take on 10 rounds of a relatively fast-paced for time style workout of running and wall walks. The goal during this workout is to maintain quick transition times between movements. Afterwards, the post workout accessory we’ll complete some plank holds in different positions.

💥Friday we won’t find out until Thursday what the 26.2 workout will be 😁Be sure to watch the announcement on the CrossFit Games site at 1pm local.

💥Saturday, we start off with some pre-workout strength involving hang power cleans. Then you’ll take on a fun partner workout consisting of hang power cleans and rowing for calories for part one – then part two has box jumps and rowing for calories. Each partner will complete part one in full before switching and then part two in full before switching.
