💥Monday starts off breaking down the snatch as a complex. In this 20 minute EMOM style heavy day we’ll spend 5 minutes working on our snatch pull, then 5 minutes on our hang squat snatch and then the final 10 minutes building towards a heavy for the day squat snatch.
💥Tuesday, we have an interval style workout where the rest time is shorter than the working time. We’ll complete 4 rounds of double DB pushpress, double DB deadlifts and double-unders. Then afterwards the post workout strength combines different styles of pull-ups.
💥Wednesday look to combine running, toes-to-bar and wall walks into a for time style workout that will challenge your core stamina in different ways. Then with our post workout accessory we’ll complete 3 sets of 10 weighted good mornings.
💥Thursday get ready for a row interval day consisting of 10 sets of rowing for distance every three minutes. Immediately after the workout we will complete a kettlebell front rack carry for 200 meters.

💥Saturday’s workout is a sprinty, lower-body push to upper-body pull, complementary couplet combining box jumps and rope climbs that will have you wishing there were more rope climbs.
