WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MARCH 30TH TO APRIL 5TH, 2026

💥Monday’s workout is made up of four back-to-back Tabata-style intervals. These intervals are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of air squats, push-ups, Abmat sit-ups and walking lunges.

💥Tuesday’s workout: get ready for a challenging three-round, ‘for time’ style session. This workout will seriously test your grip and posterior chain with running, kettlebell snatches, and kettlebell swings.

💥Wednesday’s heavy day focuses on building strength overhead. Our goal is to build to a challenging single push press over the course of 6 sets.

💥Thursday look to complete a for time style workout that includes decreasing reps of toes to bar and rowing. Afterwards we’ll complete some GHD hip or back extensions in our post workout accessory. 

💥Friday starts off with a hang power clean strength piece. Then we’ll transition to our METCON that is 8 rounds for time of heavy hang power cleans and taller box jump-overs

💥Saturday, grab your partner to complete a 30 minute AMRAP of bike for calories. One person will accumulate calories on the bike while the other will use two kettlebells or dumbbells in an overhead hold.
