Happy December, everyone!
This week we are starting off with front squat + push press + push jerk strength followed by “Buffalo Brew Coffee” with some rowing and running.
Tuesday is “Custer” with calories on the bike, handstand push-ups, and dumbbell lunges. After that, we’ll work on some pull-up skills and drills!
Wednesday’s strength training is a nice little power snatch complex and then we’ll leave it to “Wilson” to do some overhead squats and double unders in our favorite ascending rep pattern.
On Thursday, we’re going all the way to “Yellowstone” with a reverse pyramid of power cleans and box jump overs. After that, we’ll be pumping those booties and boulders for shoulders, so get ready!
Friday we’ll take it down a notch with “De-Calf” which consists of wall balls, pull ups, chest to bar pull ups, and muscle ups. Oh, maybe I meant taking it up a notch… That’s for you to decide!
Saturday “Old Logan” comes to visit with cals on the bike, kettlebell swings, wall walks, and mayyyybe a little rest built in. Oh and before that, there will be a fun bro sesh bench press strength piece.
