💥Monday: Get ready for a gymnastics strength and stamina focus. This 20-minute EMOM will challenge you with strict pull-ups, ring dips, and Abmat sit-ups, aiming for max reps in each movement.
💥Tuesday: Lace up your running shoes for an interval running day! We'll be completing four descending distances: 1200m, 800m, 400m, and 200m. This is a repeat workout from October 30, 2025.
💥Wednesday: Brace yourself for Open workout 11.3! Though only 5 minutes long, this retest is an AMRAP consisting of 1 squat clean plus 1 shoulder to overhead. Afterward, we'll spend time building to a heavy clean & jerk.
💥Thursday: This interval workout will test your grip and legs. It combines rowing and max dumbbell box step-overs over four sets of 3 minutes of work followed by 3 minutes of rest.
💥Friday: We kick off with building to a heavy snatch complex. Then, we transition into a "for time" WOD featuring a descending ladder of snatches and double-unders, with an ascending snatch load.
💥Saturday: We will be closed today for the Cupid’s Chase 5k run in Mesilla.
