Why hello there, beautiful human. It’s weekly WoD overview time. What better way to start the week than with a back squat strength day? On Monday, we’ve got “X Marks the Squat.” That’ll be 5 sets of 5 reps with the king of all lifts, the back squat. Tuesday gon’ be a pretty gnarly chipper. “Hit the Row, Jack” will throw ascending row distances and clean and jerk reps at you. Wednesday we’ve got “Hopstacle.” This has 4, 3-minute rounds of front-rack DB step-ups, DB burpees, and lateral box jumps. On Thursday it’s “Power Snatch Kids.” This will be a 7-minute AMRAP of heavy power snatches, bar muscle-ups, and GHD sit-ups. That’ll take us to Friday where we’ll “Hurry Up and Wait.” It’s got 3 rounds of running, RDLs, front-rack carries, and front squats. Lastly, on Saturday we’re going to tackle the hero workout, “Josh.” You’re going to need a rest day after this one. It’s got overhead squats and an obscene amount of pull-ups.
