Final week of the Open is here! Woohoo! But before we get to 23.3, let’s see what else we have this week.
Monday, we get to test our strength with some back squats and then go into “Delta” which has a rowing buy in and then rounds of strict hspu, dumbbell hang power cleans, and double unders.
Tuesday, we’ll start the day off with clean and jerks and then hit some “Whisky” which has wallballs, chest to bar pull ups, and deadlifts. Not the whisky you were thinking of, huh?
Wednesday, “Bravo”! Is what we’ll say once you finish this WOD. It has running, hang power snatches, and burpee box jump overs.
Thursday, we have a long one! “Alpha”, which has rowing, weighted sit ups, biking, and dual db front rack carries.
FRIDAY, 23.3!!!!! Orrrrrrrr….. “Charlie”, which has running, devils presses, and bar muscle ups. Sounds fun!
Saturday, we have some partner barbell conditioning called “Hotel” which has deadlifts, hang power cleans, push jerks, and front squats. Not sure if they mean the barbell is your WOD partner here…
