WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR FEBRUARY 28TH TO MARCH 6TH, 2022

What up, peeps?! Hopefully you survived the first Open workout and are recovered and ready to attack week 2! Let’s see what we’ve got!Monday we’ll be doing some back squat work followed by a triplet of Cal Row + Cal Bike + Dual DB Front Rack Walking Lunges. Get ready to be out of breath. On Tuesday, we’re going hard on the gymnastics skills and endurance with bar muscle-up technique work and 2 Couplets (“Doctor Strange” with Bar Muscle-Ups and Burpees to Target, then “Hobgoblin” with S2OH and Bar Facing Burpees). You better be smiling the entire time like it’s a floor routine Wednesday starts off with finding a heavy power clean for the day then right into “Peter Parker” which is a bunch of wall balls and power cleans for time. Try to use your spidey senses and don’t let that ball drop!Thursday brings us a conditioning piece called “Kraven's Last Hunt” which has a buy-in run and buy-out farmers carry, but is filled with box jumps, abmat sit-ups, and push-ups in between. Try to keep a strong pace and tight midline as these movements are challenging to the core!Friday Open WOD, 22.2!
