đź’ĄTuesday: Prepare for four intense 3-minute AMRAPs. Each round will include a running effort and a handstand walk before you aim for max kettlebell swings.
đź’ĄWednesday: We hit the heavy weights for deadlifts! Complete five sets of 5 reps. Check your logs from July 25, 2025, to help determine your target loads for a strong performance.
đź’ĄThursday: Grab a partner for a fun, fast-paced workout. You'll alternate full rounds, treating the calories on the bike and burpee box get-overs as all-out sprints.
đź’ĄFriday: The day begins and ends with max-effort strict pull-ups. The main workout is simple yet demanding: 3 rounds of rowing for meters, AbMat sit-ups, and alternating dumbbell snatches.
đź’ĄSaturday: Finish the week strong with a descending-rep workout combining moderately heavy front squats and power cleans with plenty of lateral burpees over the bar.
