As we bid farewell to this year and welcome the next, we want to take a moment to celebrate all the sweat, smiles, and strength we've shared.
Aaaaaaand here’s what we have next week!
We will be closed Monday in observance of the holiday, so make sure to rest up.
Tuesday we will be hanging with “Annie & Hallie” doing wall ball thrusters, shuttle runs, aaand wall balls. Then we’ll finish off with a chest and tri mini pump!
Wednesday you’ll be saying “I have class and you don’t” when you’re getting those cals on the rower, deadlifts, and a new favorite, crossovers! Then challenge the core with a little bit of gymnastics conditioning.
Thursday starts off with strength in the form of shoulder press and “honey, you’ve never looked better” because you’ll be spending time on that bike and upside down with wall walks.
Friday is “Meredith Blake” and we’re taking on a couplet of devil press and pull-ups. I’ll let you guess what the weight is ;)
Saturday we wrap up the first week of the new year with “Nick Parker & Elizabeth James” with a little bit of running and sandbag cleaning, followed by our second day of core conditioning.
