Let’s get right into it!
Hope everyone is hungry this week, because were starting off with “Jersey Mike’s”, with running and shoulder to overhead. Oh yeah, and before that we’ll do some front squat strength.
Tuesday will feel freaky fast with “Jimmy Johns” and a quick 3 rounds of some cals on the bike, deadlifts, bar facing burpees, more bar facing burpees, more deadlifts, and more cals on the bike.
Hump day starts off with some bench press strength, followed by “Firehouse subs” consisting of ring rows, dumbbell bench, and dumbbell box step-ups.
On Thursday, we have everyone’s favorite, deadlift, and then taking it back to “Blimpie” for a chipper of wall balls, toes to bar, and rowing.
Friday we have a descending rep workout of double unders and heavy snatches… and that one is called “McAlister’s Deli”.
Finishing off the week strong with “Larry” (we’re confused too), which is a lovely partner workout with front squats, bar facing burpees, and sandbag carry. Aaand there may be a little surprise work after that.
