WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MARCH 14TH TO 20TH, 2022

Hola everyone! Hope you crushed the Open workouts and survived! Let’s see what we’ve got in store this week…We’re going to start the week off on Monday by testing strength and muscular endurance / aerobic stamina. This will involve some heavy ass back squats and then “Inception” with row, wall balls, run, and strict pull-ups. Tuesday will start off with handstand walk skill practice, then go right into “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” which consists of Handstand Push-Ups, Dumbbell Power Cleans, Handstand Walks, and Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge. Get ready for a leg AND arm pump, bros! On Wednesday, we have 20 minutes of squat cleans (no, not unbroken), and then a little sprint conditioning appropriately named “Catch Me If You Can” with bike cals and burpees to target. Bring your A game for this one.Thursday is our conditioning day with a 28 minute EMOM consisting of row, DB step-overs, shuttle run, and step-down box jumps. It’s called “Body of Lies”, but maybe it should be “Bodies Lying on the Floor”...Friday we have 22.4… haha jk, got ‘em! We have “The Revenant” which consists of ring muscle ups, power snatches, toes to bar, and overhead squats. Your grippers are gonna be talkin’ that day!And finally Saturday, we’ll climb aboard on the “Titanic” where we'll hit this workout waterfall style! Teams of four will tackle the bike, some moderately heavy deadlifts, the rower, some burpees, banded ski pulls, and some dual dumbbell shoulder to overhead action!That’s all for this week!
