Hello everyone! Hope you’re having a great weekend!
Monday, we start the day off with building to a heavy single snatch and then have “Quantumania” which has burpees to a 12-in target, alternating dumbbell snatches, and wall balls.
Tuesday, “Cassie Lang” is coming into town with only calories on the rower and double unders. This will definitely be a “lung” WOD. Then we get to play on the rings for a little bit.
Wednesday, we build to a heavy single squat clean and then go into “Kang the Conqueror” which is a gnarly couplet of strict pull ups and dumbbell step overs.
Thursday, we will take 10-15 minutes to refine our split jerk technique and then hit “Hank Pym” which has GHD’s, shuttle runs, and toes to bar.
Friday, “Ant-Man & Wasp” will come to our rescue as we go through a tough partner workout that has wall walks, front squats, and calories on the assault bike. Sounds funnnnn…
Saturday, we’ll do “Veb”, which has dumbbell deadlifts, push ups, sandbag cleans (those are always fun), power snatches, and deficit push ups.
