Buenos días everyone! Let’s see what we have this week.
Monday, we’re gonna take a field trip to “The Amazon Rainforest” and find ourselves doing some running, pull-ups, push ups, and air squats.
Tuesday, we have a strength piece consisting of power snatches and then “Jaguar” which is a gnarly chipper style WOD with wall balls and power cleans.
Wednesday, we have “Sloth”, now that doesn’t mean we’re slowing things down, so don’t you get any ideas! This workout has calories on the rower, dumbbell snatches, strict handstand push ups, and burpee box get overs.
Thursday, we get to work on our clean strength and then go into the “Giant River Otter”, which is a couplet of calories on the bike and thrusters that just keep getting heavier and heavier.
Friday, our strength piece consists of some push presses and split jerks and then we have “Anaconda” which has toes to rings, bench press, and double unders. This one will be fun!
Saturday, we have a team of 2 workout called “Toucan” which has wall balls, calories on the rower, box jumps, and devils presses. Then we’ll take some time to work on our rope climbing skills!
