Welcome back to another Sunday WOD Overview!
Monday kicks the week off with back squat strength then “Pop Rocks”, a 20min EMOM of rowing, thrusters, bike, and rope climbs… are you feeling the tingling on your tongue yet?
On Tuesday, we start off with snatch work and then get snacking on a “Rolo” consisting of deadlifts and bar facing burpees.
Wednesday gets our upper body nice and toasty with stretch press, followed by “Good and Plenty”, a 15min AMRAP of wall walks, HSPUs, box jump overs, GHD sit-ups, and dubz. Yeah, that’s plenty.
Thursday has some ring muscle-up progression work, then we’ll take a drive down “5th Avenue” with some pull-ups, running, chest to bar, and ring muscle-ups.
Friday Front Squats! They will be pausing fyi. After that, get ready for some “Whoppers” aka power cleans, front squats, and push jerks. These will be heavy.
On Saturday, we’ll have a fun partner WOD called “Twizzlers” with rowing, toes to bar, dumbbell bench press, and burpee box jump overs. There might be a finisher too ;)
