Hey guys! Hope everyone had a lovely holiday and got some rest and quality family time!
Monday starts this week off with “Thunderstruck” consisting of 7 rounds of hand release push ups, dumbbell snatches, toes to ring, and wall balls!
Tuesday’s strength piece is deadlifts followed by “Pour some sugar on me” with shuttle runs, front and squats. Simple and sweet.
Wednesday will bring us a heavy snatch push press + overhead squat, then we’ll be “Livin on a prayer” for a couple 6 min AMRAPS of cals on the bike and burpee box jump overs.
Thursday “Smells like teen spirit” and teen spirit tastes like calories on the rower and kettlebell swings. We’ll follow that up with some core work to finish it off.
Friday we have a a strength piece consisting of heavy deadlifts, hang power cleans, and push jerk, then into “I love rock n roll” with dubs, handstand push-ups, wall walks, and did i say dubs??
We’re wrapping up the week on Saturday with “Walk this way” in teams of 2 with rowing and squat snatches. We may just finish the day off with something else too ;)
