Happy Sunday everyone! Let’s see what we have this week.
Monday, we start the week off with some overhead squats and back squats and then go into “Yeah-Yeah” which has pull-ups, box jump overs, and dual KB clean & jerks.
Tuesday, our strength piece will have deadlifts and our WOD called “Squints” will have calories on the bike, burpees to target, toes to bar, and handstand push-ups.
Wednesday, we have some snatches to start off the hump day and then a pretty “Smalls” workout that has dual DB snatches and wall balls. Don’t worry, it’s only 7 minutes long.
Thursday, we have some bodybuilding to start the hour and then “Benny the Jet” which has running and rowing.
Friday, push presses will start the day off and then “Ham Porter” will finish off the day with power cleans, front squats, push jerks, and double unders.
Saturday, grab your partner because we have the “Sandlot” which is a chipper-style workout that has the bike, american KBS, burpees over our workout buddy, and rope climbs. Sounds like a ton of fun!
