In this complex expect to perform a power clean plus hang power clean plus push jerk up to 85% of your 1 rep max. Then “Great Odin’s Raven!” anchors the day in fun, look to hit a newsworthy couplet for time of clean and jerks sandwiched with toes to bar.Tuesday’s strength portion will have you finding a 2 rep max for the day back squat and then move directly into a 20 rep back squat based on 80% of your 1 rep max. To finish the hour with a quick mectcon there will be a 7 minute AMRAP of kettlebell swings, burpees and dubz called “It’s a Deep Burn”Wednesday’s emphasis is on developing your gymnastics skills of chest to bar pull-ups and handstand walks. Then expect this 20 minute EMOM to be “Kind of a Big Deal” where each minute you will practice chest to bar pull-ups, handstand walks, GHD sit-ups, acquire calories on the bike and rest completing four rounds.Thursday is Veterans day. Let’s celebrate our men and women of the military with this hero workout of the day called "Hall". This is a 5 round triplet style workout that has heavy squat cleans, running and kettlebell snatches with a built in rest.
