Well hi there, it’s good to see you again!
Monday is gonna start the week off with a good fashion back squat 5-RM then head straight into “Salmon of Capistrano” which consists of rowing and more rowing.
Tuesday, we get to test out the shoulders with some push presses, push jerks, and split jerks and then completely kill the shoulders with “I.O.U’s” which has strict HSPUs, dual DB step-overs, and ring muscles ups. Yikes!
Wednesday, you’ll be wishing you were a “Limo Driver” so you could drive a few 400m distances instead of having to run them. And in between those runs, you’ll also have to get through wall balls and American KBS.
Thursday, we have a push/pull EMOM to start the day off with bench presses and pendlay rows. And…Oh no, what’s that? The music is down? Well… who needs the radio anyway? The “Mock! Yeah! Ing! Yea!” Song will get us through renegade rows, toes to bar, double unders, and a new movement we have yet to see! I guess you have to come into class to find out!
Friday, this 20min EMOM with front squats, burpee box jump overs, deadlifts and bar facing burpees won’t be a problem because “He Must Workout”.
Finally, Saturday we will be serving the “Soup Du Jour” which has a few ingredients you are familiar with, such as power snatches and the bike.
