Membership Hold Request

We totally understand! Life can sometimes throw curveballs, and we hope this is just a temporary pause rather than a permanent one.

A few important things to keep in mind about this request:

This is NOT a termination request.

  1. You can put your membership on pause for the following reasons; Travel, Medical Emergency, Pregnancy and Military Deployment and supporting documentation is required.
  2. Membership hold requests must be submitted at least five business days before your next invoice date. Please note that all membership payments are non-refundable.
  3. Membership holds are capped at sixty (60) days (two calendar months) per calendar year and must be for a period no less than thirty (30) days (or one calendar month). Once your selected hold period ends, your account will automatically reactivate, and regular membership payments will resume. If you decide to cancel your membership during the hold period, a cancellation request must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before the end of the pause period.  If you wish to reactivate your membership after it has been cancelled, the membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply (membership rates are subject to change).
