Hey guys, we are looking forward to hearing some news this week from the NM Governor to see what the future holds for getting into the gym next week. We will be keeping you guys in the loop as to what we are allowed and required to do, but what we can say, is that we are SO excited to get you guys back in here!Mondays training day is "Ceiling Fan", which is an AMRAP 15 of single dumbbell alternating power snatches, double unders, single DB overhead reverse lunges and then more double unders. "Heldum" comes at us on Tuesday which is 5 rounds for time of a 400m run, 21 Russian single DB swings and then a single arm high pull and strict press. Wednesday we will take on "Encore", which is a 20 min workout but we will work on the 5 min mark for 4 rounds. Movements stay the same, which include, over and back db hops, db thrusters, db clean and jerks and devil presses. On Thursday, the name explains the workout, "Grip Don't Trip", which is a longer chipper of grunt work of descending reps of air squats and situps with 100m of farmers carry in between rounds. "90 Shiny" hits us on Friday of 21-15-9 of dumbbell power cleans and 50 double unders, then directly into 21-15-9 of dumbbell front squats and 50 double unders. Saturday, we will have another long workout with "Mirror Effect". Which is a 30 min timecap where you will complete tasks every 10 min. The first 10 minutes completing a 1 mile run, waiting till the 10 min mark to complete 100 burpees, then at the 20 min mark finishing with another 1 mile run.Success is not built on success.
