We hope you are doing well and that you are enjoying your Memorial Day weekend. In respect of Memorial Day we will be closed and will not have our LIVE classes but we have pre recorded Mondays class for you to follow along with if you choose. You can access that video and all of our On Demand videos through your SugarWod App. We did not schedule Memorial Day Murph on Monday, we have decided to reschedule it for July 4th in hopes that we will be able to be together and get to do it in the gym.Mondays workout is called "Monday Funday", which has a round starting every 5 minutes for 3 rounds. You will perform 30 front squats, a 400m run and 50 double unders. Tuesday you'll see "DAFUQ" which is a for time workout of a descending rep scheme of double unders, dumbbell front rack holds and pistols. Wednesdays we see "Over and Up", which is 4 rounds for time of 15 object jump overs and 20 thrusters. "Don't Blink", is scheduled for Thursday and it consists of 25 DB front rack reverse lunges, 20 DB power cleans and 15 single arm hang squat snatches. Fridays "Duck and Cover" is a shorter workout of 3 rounds of 10 over and unders, shuttle sprints and deadlifts. Our Saturday morning 9am class "Jumping for Joy" is an EMOM 20 where we alternate movements of 200m run and burpee jump to target.
