Oh hey there, I didn’t see you! But now that I have you here, let’s see what funtastic stuff we have this week!
Monday, we get to do all the bodyweight stuff, we have “Half Murph” which has pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats, in a running sandwich.
Tuesday, we start with squat snatches, or how Julie likes to call them, squatches. Then we go into the “Original Cheesecake” which is a ton of rowing with some rest sprinkled in.
Wednesday, we’ll put the extreme in “Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake” which is a certain amount of burpee box jump overs for time. I won’t say how many, I’ll just let you show up for class and let the coaches watch your eyes widen as you realize what you’ve gotten yourself into….. MUAHAHAHAHAHA!
Thursday, we have some power cleans and then a “Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake”. Unfortunately, this cheesecake is not edible unless you consider calories on the bike, toes to bar, and dumbbell thrusters edible. And nooooooo Jeff, that is not a challenge!
Friday, we’re gonna get strong with some snatch push presses and snatch balances then take on “Isabel” which has….. Wait for it….. Yup, more snatches!
Saturday, we saved the “Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake” for you and a buddy to take on. Now, this is not an eating competition, this is a WOD that has rowing for distance, walking lunges, box jump overs, and more rowing. Then we get to swing around on the rings for a bit.
