WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MAY 12TH TO 18TH, 2025

• Monday you'll take on 7 rounds of a gymnastics triplet consisting of rope climbs, lunges, and hollow rocks. Then stick around after the workout for core work with kettlebell side bends.

• Tuesday starts off with a hang power clean and power clean complex. Then look to complete an 8 round for time workout of box jumps and power cleans at a moderately heavy weight.

• Wednesday’s workout combines heavier movements with higher skills. This is an opportunity to take on the challenge of another high-output workout when fatigued. In this 9 minute AMRAP we have thrusters, ring muscle-ups and lateral burpees over the bar.

• Thursday you'll complete a 5 round for time workout with rowing and push-up workout. We’ll want to push hard through each round so we can rest before going again. Stick around after for some skill work with GHD hip extensions.

• Friday we’ll start off with a 5 minute EMOM of hang power snatches. Then we’ll complete 10 rounds for time of hang power snatches and running step single-unders. Sounds like fun 😁

• Saturday focuses on preparation for Murph at the end of the month. This is a great opportunity to dial in your technique, pacing, scaling options, and even some capacity before tackling this Hero workout. Today we get to do 3 rounds for time of running, pull-ups and air squats.
