WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR APRIL 1ST TO 7TH, 2024

Hello Desert Devil Family!

Let’s take a look at this week’s fun!

On Monday, we will be visited by “The Phantom Menace” which is a 10min AMRAP of bar muscle ups, crossover singles, and kettlebell walking lunges. But wait, there’s more! After some rest, there will be another AMRAP with singles, handstand walking, and kettlebell swings.

Tuesday is “Attack of the Clones” and it has 2 parts also! Part A consists of power cleans, bar facing burpees, and air bike, and part B is the same movements with a different rep scheme!

Wednesday watch out because it is “Revenge of the Sith” with running, GHDs, and wall balls. As if your leggies won’t be be tired after that, we’ll throw in a little leg pump afterward.

Thursday is the day that “The Force Awakens” as we complete some reps of hang power snatches, box jump overs, and handstand pushups.

Just when you thought the fight was over, “The Empire Strikes Back” on Friday with bench press, bent over dumbbell rows, ring rows, and bench dips.

Last but not least, we will witness the “Return of the Jedi” on Saturday with a partner doing some calories on the bike and farmers holds.
