WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JAN 12TH TO 18TH, 2026

💥 Monday: Expect a longer, "for time" style workout combining running, dumbbell bench press, ring push-ups, and hand-release push-ups. We'll wrap up the session with some focused single-arm dumbbell rows.

💥 Tuesday: It's time to test your fitness with a classic CrossFit benchmark: "Grace." This workout is a race against the clock to complete 30 clean & jerks. We repeat this regularly, with the last recorded attempt being August 8th of last year.

💥 Wednesday: Get ready for a sneaky, long-duration leg workout that will challenge your stamina. We'll be hitting the bike for calories, with unilateral movements like single-leg squats and box step-ups to build endurance.

💥 Thursday: Prepare for a heavy day with a dynamic structure! Every 4 min, for four sets, you will complete hand-release deadlifts followed by farmer's carries. Be warned: the deadlifts start from a dead stop, making each rep extra challenging.

💥 Friday: We are diving into the Open archives with Open Workout 20.2! This is a 20-minute AMRAP featuring dumbbell thrusters, toes-to-bar, and double-unders. Maintain a consistent pace—the rounds will be fast.

💥 Saturday: Grab your favorite partner for a team workout! You'll share 20 rounds where one partner completes calories on the bike while the other performs a sustained hold: a sandbag bear hug hold, a double kettlebell front rack hold, or a barbell front rack hold.
