Hola! Hope you’re all recovered from our deload week and ready for test week!
Monday, we start by testing out our 20-RM back squat (no typo, it is in fact 20 reps) and then we have “Lightning McQueen” which is a descending ladder of thrusters and bar facing burpees. Ka-Chow!
Tuesday, our “Spidey” senses are gonna be tingling while we get through a chipper style workout that has running, wall walks, dubs, pull-ups, AND the bike! Woah.
Wednesday, we first establish a 5-RM push press and then go into “Carrying JT” which is a 21-15-9 WOD with a twist. It has HSPUs, ring dips, and push ups, with farmer carries after each set of movements.
Thursday, “Bandit” will get us with a capacity EMOM that has rowing, wall balls, toes to bar, and dual DB front rack walking lunges.
Friday………… “Macho Man”...... If you are familiar with this name, then you know what’s to come. If you’ve never done this, make sure you make it in to find out what all the hype is about.
Saturday, we’ll wrap the week up strong with “8 Days of Fitness” which will have devils presses, push up renegade rows, ring muscle ups, running, burpee box jump overs, dual DB step overs, strict pull ups, and rowing. This’ll be fun.
