Weekly WOD Overview for May 10th through May 15th, 2021

Hey there. You’re such a beautiful human. We’ve been diggin’ the new programming. We’ve also been getting great and positive feedback from you all. So, we’re sticking with it. Thank you @prvnfitness, we’ve been having a blast.Here’s the weekly WoD overview!On Monday we’ve got “Edge of Tomorrow.” It has toes-to-bar, dual DB thrusters 🤮, DB front-rack carries, and bar muscle-ups. Tuesday, it’s “Collateral.” This is a 10-minute AMRAP of deadlifts, kettlebell swings, push-ups, and box jumps. On Wednesday we have, “Days of Thunder.” This is a 32-minute EMOM of row calories, med ball cleans, bike calories, and farmer carries. Thursday is “Knight and Day.” This 7-minute AMRAP has strict handstand push-ups, DB squat snatches, and dubz. That brings us to Friday. We’ve got a hero workout named, “Wood.” This is 5 rounds of 400m runs, burpee box jumps, sumo deadlift high-pulls, and thrusters. Lastly, on Saturday, we’re doing the partner thing again. “The Outsiders” has rowing, dual KB cleans, and toes-to-bar. This one has some interesting twists. You’ll just have to wait and see.
