Hello everyone, we have a fun-filled week for y’all these next couple of days, so lets get to it.
Monday, the one and only “Dr. Drake Ramoray” will be putting us through a lengthy workout that includes rowing, DB clean and jerks, and wall balls.
Tuesday, we start with a snatch complex and then “Mrs. Bing” will be bringing on the running, toes to bar, burpees over the bar, hang power snatches, and even more burpees!
Wednesday, we have a shoulder to overhead complex and the “Bruce Willis” which is an upper body burner of strict pull ups and dual DB bench press.
Thursday, we’ll get to work on our six packs and then “Mr. Heckles” which has all the cardio machines.
Friday, we have a squat clean EMOM and then we’ll take a stroll down to “Central Perk” as we get through deadlifts, HSPUs, and box jumps
Saturday!!! Bring on the 12 Days of Fitness!!! This one basically has all the CrossFit movements ever and if you want to join in on the fun, make sure to come in!
