Hey guys! Hope you’re not too sore from last week. Let’s see what we got this week!
Monday, we have a clean complex that includes the hang squat clean and squat clean then the “Butcher” which has bar facing burpees and power cleans. There is a twist to this workout, so make sure you **hang on**!!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
Tuesday, we’ll start by working on our split jerk and then we’re gonna do the “Soldier Boy”! Eyyyyyy! This one is a descending ladder of strict HSPU and chest to bar pull ups. Goodbye arms!
Wednesday, get ready to pick up some weight and put it down. Then get ready for “Kimiko” which has rowing, dual DB step overs, GHD sit ups, and box jump overs.
Thursday, we’ll take some time to work on our upside down skills and then get to “Hughie” which has double unders, wall walks, and running. Yikes!
Friday, we’re taking more time to work on our gymnasty skills and then tackle “Starlight” which is a long AMRAP of ring muscle ups, squat snatches, and wall balls.
Saturday, we’re gonna go into “The Deep '' with our partner as we get through this WOD that has rowing, biking, dual hang power clean and jerks, toes to bar, and burpees to target!
