For our Christmas week schedule, we will be closed after the noon class on Wednesday Dec 24th; Closed Thursday Dec 25th Christmas Day; 8:30, 9:45 Fit For Life and noon class on Friday Dec 26th; 8:30 class Saturday Dec 27th. Please plan accordingly.
💥Monday, begins the week with snatch complex consisting of a snatch pull then a hang snatch and finally finishing off with building to a 1 rep max snatch.
💥Tuesday we will take it back to 2023 for an Open workout. To be exact this is 23.1; a 14 minute AMRAP chipper with the following movements; rowing for calories, toes-to-bar, wallballs, cleans and ring muscle-ups. Afterwards, look to build to a 1 rep max front squat.
💥Wednesday we’ll take on a classic 21-15-9 for time style workout consisting of heavier kettlebells swings and double unders with a twist. The 21-15-9 relates to the KBS’, the double unders will be a fixed higher number to complete after each set of KBS.

💥Friday’s workout will test your muscular stamina with 2 rounds for time of alternating dumbbell snatches and wallball shots. Then we’ll transition to some partner Turkish get-ups afterwards.
💥Saturday look to start off building to a heavy single deadlift, then we’ll complete a low volume per-round couplet 8 minute AMRAP of wallwalks and heavy deadlifts.
