Weekly WOD Overview for February 22nd through February 27th, 2021

Whoa! It’s weekly WoD Time! Monday we have “Plus One”. We’ll do one heavy thruster followed by a weighted pull-up. Then, we’ll do two! Then three! We’ll keep that up for 14 minutes. Tuesday it’s “Dirty Thirty.” That’s a 30-minute AMRAP with burpees, KB cleans, Turkish get-ups, a casual 1k run, and some handstand walks. It’s gon’ be dirty. On Wednesday we have “Squat the Plank.” We’ll be doing plank holds and high-volume, light back squats in a work/rest fashion. Thursday, we’re going to need you to hang on tight. It’s “Grip City.” It’s a 10-minute AMRAP of farmer’s carries and devil’s presses. Friday is a single-leg strength day! We’ll work up to heavy sets of split squats. Saturday will be another Hero workout. This one is named, “White.” It’s 5 rounds of rope climbs, toes-to-bar, walking lunges, and 400m runs. You’ll need two lunches after that one.
