Lookie lookie what we have this week!
On Monday, we’re going to “Hawaii” with running, pull-ups, push-ups, and squats… what does that remind you of??
Tuesday will bring us a heavy snatch strength piece followed by “Oahu” with rowing, burpees, and burpee box jump overs.
Hump day starts off with a heavy squat clean followed by “Maui”, consisting of C&Js and rope climbs.
Thursday is going to be a heavy snatch balance and then some lovely calories on the bike and box step ups, which we’re calling “Honolulu”.
Friday we will build to a heavy single Split Jerk. Then we will go into “Moloka'i”, a 20 min EMOM of sandbag carries, KB snatches, and rowing.
And, of course, on Saturday, we have MURPH! Can’t wait to see you all there! Let’s show up and get it done, guys!
