Another week in the new year has flown by!
This week, we are starting off with some deadlifts and taking a bite of a “Granny Smith” with cals on the bike and burpee box get overs. Don’t worry, there’s some built-in rest for you in there. And there’s also core conditioning afterward in case you sandbagged the wod.
Tuesday will begin with squats for dat booty, followed by “Honeycrisp” involving toes to bar, handstand walks, and hang power cleans.
Wednesday is our upper body bro bench sesh to start and “Mcintosh” which will be rowing, jumping split lunges (yeesh), and rope climbs. Well, say goodbye to your legs and arms for this one.
Thursday starts with a power snatch strength and “Golden Delicious” which is a partner wod of shuttle runs and shuttle runs and shuttle runs.
On Friday, we’re looking at “Red Delicious” with dubs, thrusters, singles, thrusters, and dubs, followed by arms and shoulders pump!
Last but not least, we have the “Gala” on Saturday with a buddy, which consists of handstand push ups and dumbbell walking lunges.
