Buenos dias everyone! What fun do we have this week?
Monday, we start with some power snatches and then “Life” will kick our butts because there’s rowing, power snatches, box jump overs, and toes to bar!
Tuesday, our strength piece consists of both front and back squats and then we have “Patton Oswalt” which is a gnarly ladder of thrusters and more thrusters.
Wednesday, we’ll start the day off with an upper body pump that has bench press and weighted pull ups. Then we go into “Space Oddity.” This one has wall walks, pull ups, and double unders.
Thursday, we’re in for the long haul as we get through “Negative 25.” We get to row, bike AND run! Wooooo! But wait, there’s more… We have a core finisher that we’re sure everyone will enjoy.
Friday, the day starts with a cool little clean and jerk complex and then “Mitty” will take over with strict handstand push ups, single arm KB snatches, and single arm overhead walking lunges.
Saturday, we’ll be “Downsizing” the load by about 50% because our partner will be taking half of the load off our shoulders. This one has deadlifts, abmat sit ups, burpees, and wall balls.
