Happy New Year everyone! Here’s to 2023!
Monday, we start the week off with hang squat snatches and overhead squats for a strength piece and then we go into “It Ain’t Hard to Tell” which has single DB step overs, chest to bar pull ups, and alternating DB snatches.
Tuesday, our strength piece is bench press and then “The Crossroads” is the name of the WOD and this has the bike and bar facing burpees. Yuck!
Wednesday, we start with front squats AND back squats then we’ll hit the “Empire State of Mind” which has a ton of deadlifts (with ascending weight) and box jumps. Goodbye legs!
Thursday, “The Choice is Yours” with several nasty amrap’s of rowing, double unders, and shuttle runs.
Friday, we start the day by working on our clean and jerk and then we’ll “Bring the Noise” with a ton of grunting while we do wall walks, thrusters, and toes to bar.
Saturday, we have a team of 3 WOD called “Deep Cover” that has power snatches and burpee box jump overs sandwiched in between calories on the bike.
