“Hello, anybody home?” - Joker
We are now entering Week 7 of our Cycle. These next two weeks should provide a good dose of some heavier percentages in our weightlifting and strength pieces, along with some high quality intensity based conditioning pieces.
Monday we’ll be visited by “Commissioner Gordon” who will have us do a couple of rounds of calories on the assault bike, hang power cleans, and push jerks. Get your lungs ready!
Tuesday, “The Riddler” will be hosting an AMRAP party that has wall balls, toes to bar, box jump overs, thrusters, and wall walks. Can you get through a whole round?
Wednesday, you better get ready to laugh (or cry) because “The Joker” will be paying us a visit. A nasty little couplet of American KBS and ring muscle ups. “How 'bout a magic trick?” *athletes’ grip disappears “Ta-daa!”
Thursday we will be rescued by “Robin” as he swoops in with a long active recovery WOD. It’s a lengthy EMOM with the bike, DB step overs, the rower, air squats, and GHD sit ups.
Friday it’s “Bane’s” turn! He has a descending rep scheme workout with HSPU’s, bar facing burpees, and deadlifts!
Saturday, we have another Hero WOD called “Bull” which you can do solo or with a partner. Either way, it has double unders, overhead squats, pull ups, and lots of running. Have fun and get after it!
