WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR NOVEMBER 18TH TO 24TH, 2024

• On Monday get ready for “Nate” a 20-minute AMRAP of ring muscle ups, handstand push ups, and kettlebell swings. This Hero workout pays tribute to U.S. Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator SEAL Nate Hardy, who tragically lost his life on February 4, 2008, during combat operations in Iraq.

• Then Tuesday's workout is focused on really getting after it! We're diving into six 2 minute rounds of burpees over the rower then a max-cal row. And no need to worry, we'll have a little rest between rounds!

• For Wednesday, it's time for a Heavy Day! We’ll tackle 10 rounds of snatches together, finding our heaviest load for three unbroken reps! Remember, it’s all about honing those mechanics to pave the way for long-term success. After that, we’ll dive into some core work!

• This Thursday’s workout features double unders, sit ups, push ups, and single leg squats all wrapped up into 3 rounds for time. Afterwards, we’ll focus on increasing our pull-up strength—it's a great way to finish up!

• Friday get ready for CrossFit Open 20.1! You'll be tackling a 15 minute AMRAP of a classic CrossFit triplet featuring wall walks, DB snatches, and box jump overs.

• Saturday, Join us for our 1st Annual Tough Turkey Powerlifting Event! Come out for a fun and relaxed atmosphere as we test our squat, deadlift, and bench press. Afterwards we'll have a Friendsgiving Potluck. Can’t wait to see you there!
