We are now heading into Week 8 of our PRVN Affiliate Cycle. This week is going to be a big week of training with some intense workouts mixed throughout, along with some high percentage work on our Oly Lifts as well as our main Power Lifts. We will be having a good deload week, week 9, to follow before our testing week during week 10.
Monday we start the week off with a Strength EMOM that has snatch pulls, strict HSPU, and dual DB bench press. This WOD does not have a name, so I can’t be punny…
Tuesday though, we will take a trip to the “Magic Kingdom'' where we will fly through hundreds of double unders, wallballs, and rowing meters. We’ll also have hundreds of seconds to complete the workout.
Wednesday, we have “Epcot” (whatever that means) which is a spicy couplet of deadlifts and calories on the bike. Idk, maybe at the end you’ll see some fireworks or something.
Thursday, “Dollywood” will be our next destination. Once we’re there, you’ll have to do some sit ups on the GHD, walk on your hands, AND hoist your body above a pull-up bar! Sounds so fun!
Friday, we will complete only 30 devil presses. But… there’s a twist… Are you brave enough to come to the “Animal Kingdom” to find out what is happening on this day? I’ll give you a hint: do a deep tidying of your house and jump over the broom. (Guess the two movements… Comment below!)
Saturday, we have a Hero WOD, Falkel, which comes with HSPU’s, box jumps, and rope climbs… Oh! And a partner!
