Wow. What a wonderful week of WoDs we have. Monday, you’ll say, “It Was a Good Day.” This will be 4, 3-minute AMRAPs of toes-to-bar, rowing, and overhead squats. On Tuesday we’re “Alwayz into Somethin’.” This is 3 rounds of bench press, dubz, and devil’s clean & press. The weight will go up and the reps will go down. Wednesday, we “Triumph.” This is our conditioning for the week. It’s got bike cals, running, more bike cals, and rest. Thursday it’s “The Rain.” This is a 10-minute AMRAP of alternating hang DB snatches, suitcase lunges, and strict pull-ups. Whether you’re “Ready or Not” that brings us to Friday. This is just dirty CrossFit. 21-15-9 of thrusters and lateral burpees over the bar. Saturday’s partner workout is “Shimmy Shimmy Ya.” Split up the movements any way you’d like of row calories, GHD sit-ups, kettlebell swings, box jump-overs, and deadlifts. “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” -- Ralph Waldo Emerson
