Let’s see what we have this week!
Monday, we get to test our bench press and then go to “Ireland” where we’ll do some rowing, burpees over the rower, and wall balls!
Tuesday, we have a spicy EMOM to start the day with that has snatches and then we’ll go into “Saint Patrick” which has a lot of running and a lot of toes to bar.
Wednesday, we test our deadlift strength and then hit “Emerald Isle” which is a familiar 21-15-9 of double dumbbell clean and jerks and double dumbbell front rack walking lunges.
Thursday, we test our back squat and then we’re gonna get crazy with “Kiss Me I’m Irish” that has box jump overs and GHD sit ups.
Friday, we hope you like “Green Eggs and Ham” because they’ll be served with a side of calories on the bike, thrusters, and strict pull-ups. YUMMM!
Saturday, we’ll get through “Shamrock” together which has deadlifts and bench press. Oh yeeaaahhhhh!
