WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MARCH 20TH TO 26TH, 2023

Hey everybody! Let’s get into this week’s fun!

Monday brings us tangy Banana Pepper, with overhead squats, pull-ups, power snatches, and wall balls.

Tuesday is getting a little hotter with Jalapeno, a lovely couplet of cals on the bike and handstand push-ups.

On Wednesday, Habanero will get you sweating with power cleans, front squats, and burpees over the bar.

Bring the milk on Thursday, because Thai Pepper is a 3-person wod with A LOT of bike cals and meters of rowing.

When you thought it couldn’t get any hotter, we have Ghost Pepper on Friday, with deadlifts, push-ups, and sprints.

Saturday is called Mayhem For Freedom and consists of toes to bar, thrusters, and dubz. This one has a backstory, so check it out on SugarWod.
