Hello everyone! This week is the final week of our cycle and we will be doing a complete re-test of our first week of the cycle. So if you experience some deja-vu, don’t freak out!
Monday we have our first re-test with “The CrossFit Total” which is where we’ll take some time to find 1RM’s on the Back Squat, Strict Press, and Deadlift! All I have to say is… Good luck Coaches, may the time be ever in your favor!
Tuesday we’ll start with a Gymnastics Test of Strict HSPU for time and then go into a Capacity Test called “The Thin Red Line” which is an EMOM with rowing, burpees, bike, and wall balls… Goodbye lungs.
Wednesday we will take some time to find a 1RM Snatch and then get some “Hollywood Abs” with this midline conditioning piece that has plate sit-ups, US KBS, and dubz.
Thursday there will be no “Monkey Business” when trying to complete this WOD for time. This one has Turkish get-ups, rope climbs, and runs. Remember to bring protection……… For your shins! You nasty.
Friday we are back to testing, we’ll take some time to find another 1RM, this time for the Clean and Jerk, Then we’ll get them dollar bills when we “Bend and Snap” (that was a bad play on words, I know… But I’m sticking to it!). Anyways, this WOD has a descending rep scheme of deadlifts and box jumps, make sure you watch out for those box corners!.
Saturday we have a Hero WOD, “Bulger” which has a ton of rounds of a run, chest to bar pull ups, front squats, and handstand push ups. And if your Coaches are cool enough (which they obviously are) then they’ll let you partner this monster of a workout!
