Hello, hello, hello!
Before we get into this week’s workouts, here’s an important reminder:
We will be CLOSED for Friday 4:30 and 5:30pm classes and Saturday classes.
We will be at the Autumn Games in Albuquerque, so come support if you can!
Okay, Monday we will be getting the week going with a hang squat clean 3RM and clean grip deadlift strength piece, followed by “Phase10” with thrusters, GHD sit-ups, and crossover singles.
Tuesday is called “Spades” and involves a lot of rounds of running and bar muscle-ups. Then we will finish it off with a leg pump!
Wednesday brings the booty gains with an 8RM back squat followed by “Runny” with calories on the rower, burpee broad jumps, and calories on the bike.
On Thursday, we’re playing “Yu-Gi-Oh” which consists of kettlebell goblet squats, step ups, kettlebell swings, and box jumps. Then we will finish off with our dubz practice!
Friday strength is an 8RM shoulder press and “Uno” where we will be adding uno rep each round of power cleans and wall walks.
The at-home version of “War” on Saturday will be in teams of 2:
400m Run (together)
200ft Synchro Lunge
