WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MAY 26TH TO JUNE 1ST, 2025

• Monday In observance of Memorial Day we are closed.

• Tuesday’s workout you'll take on 5 rounds every 5 minutes of a heavy kettlebell goblet hold, calories on the bike and Russian kettlebell swings.

• Wednesday, get ready for a workout that is reminiscent of the classic benchmark workout, Annie, but the double-unders and sit-ups are flipped, and there is a row attached to each set. Afterwards we’ll finish the session with some GHD hip extensions.

• Thursday is the classic CrossFit benchmark, Elizabeth! This is a 21-15-9 style workout of cleans and ring dips. Post WOD look to get in some box jump skill work using a higher box than you normally use.

• Friday is another heavy lifting day. Our goal today is to build to a heavy 3 rep deadlift with a twist. We will reset every rep with an open hand and put the bar back down without dropping on the 3rd rep.

• Saturday grab your workout bestie. Today’s WOD is a partner workout where one person works at a time performing running, Curtis-p’s (power clean + 2 lunges in place + push press) and during this movement both partners perform 4 burpees at the top of each minute, then to finish off with some rowing to complete the workout.
