Let's get right to it!
Monday, we will start with strict presses as our strength piece and then one of the greatest “Ricky Bobby” will be paying us a visit as we get through some handstand walks, dual DB squat cleans, ring dips, and ring support holds.
Tuesday, bring your butt pads because we will be spending some time on the rower. You’ll need to go fast because “If you ain’t first, you’re last.” Then finish off with a strength EMOM.
Wednesday, eat your “Wonder Bread”! You’ll need to carb up for all the biking, power cleans, toes to bar, and weighted lunges. But before that, we’ll tax the legs with some banded deadlifts.
Thursday, we have TnG push jerks before the nemesis “Jean Girard” tests our will power with a mile run directly into an AMRAP of strict HSPUs, wall balls, and double unders. Goodbye arms.
Friday, get ready for a snatch complex and then we’ll “Shake and Bake” with a good ol’ fashioned 21-15-9 of power snatches and some rowing in between rounds.
Saturday, we have the Hero WOD “Kerrie” that has sprints, burpees, sit ups, push ups, and some built in rest. If you have a vest, bring it with you!
