Esta semana tenemos… jk!... Hi, I hope Murph was a fun time for you! If not, it’ll be back, so don't worry about that! BUT, thanks to Murph, we will have a recovery type of week. Yay!
On Monday, we will be closed for Memorial Day, so you just relax and let those muscles recover. And maybe spend some time with the people you love.
Tuesday, we have “Kilmer” which has GHD sit-ups, hang power cleans, and the rower. A good recovery workout where we just want to come in and move.
Wednesday. “ I Don’t Want Your Life!” will be fun 1:1 work:rest ratio WOD that has deadlifts and max effort on the bike! Don’t worry, that was just the name of the workout, I’m not actually saying I don’t want your life… although I do love mine.
Thursday, “The Landing Strip” will have overhead squats, burpees, SA DB hang clean and jerks, wall balls, and a whole bunch of double unders sprinkled in the WOD.
Friday, “Mox” will be coming in hot with ring muscle-ups, strict HSPU, merica KBS, and box jump overs.
And Saturday it’ll be athletes’ choice as far as how to complete the WOD, you can do it by yo’self, or with a buddy, or with TWO buddies! So tell your gym buds and have fun with it. Maybe I'll leave this one as a surprise (muahahaha!). All I’ll say is that it’s called “Coyotes.”
