Hello, hello, you fabulous people! AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL!!! Let’s see what jolliness the PRVN fam has for us this week.
Monday, the booty gains are calling with some back squats and then it’s “About Time” we see pull-ups, wall balls, and rowing in a WOD together! It’s like we’re getting ready for the Open or something.....
Tuesday, we start the days off with some bench press and then go into “Sunset Boulevard” which has American KBS, renegade rows, and DB deficit push-ups.
Wednesday, “Trading Places” brings us farmer carries, running, GHD sit ups, handstand walks, dual DB step overs, and burpee box jump overs.
Thursday, we get to work on our snatches and then catch the “Money Train” which is a couplet of dubs and deads! (Double unders and deadlifts... hopefully you got that.)
Friday, our strength work includes front rack reverse lunges and then “Rent” is due, and you get to pay with bar muscle ups, handstand push ups, and alternating pistols.
Saturday, we have “Four Rooms” and in each room you’ll find wall balls, toes to bar, lateral burpees, and power cleans. But wait! There’s more! We have “7 Minute Abs” which you’ll get to find out what it is when you come in. Mwah-ha-ha-ha!
