Hello there. You look nice today.Let’s get to it! Monday, we are closed. Happy Memorial Day. Take a moment to remember why we celebrate it.Weekly WoD time!Tuesday we have “Jole Blon.” This has dual KB deadlifts, dubz, and GHD sit-ups. It’ll be a quick one, 8 minutes. Wednesday, we’ll practice handstand walks for a bit. Then we’ll hit our long conditioning workout for the week. “Smoky Mountain Rain” is 30ish minutes of biking and rowing with some rest, if you earn it. Thursday is “Queen of Hearts.” This is 4 rounds of thrusters, burpee box jump-overs, rope climbs, and handstand push-ups. Friday is “Fancy.” It’s a nasty little couplet of bar muscle-ups and overhead squats. On Saturday we have a 3-person team workout. It’s a 25-minute AMRAP of 400m runs, sandbag carries, DB step-overs, and toes-to-bar.Let’s keep gettin’ fitter together!“Open your eyes, look within.
